You already reserved a rental truck

The trigger is a reservation you can name. U-Haul, Penske, or Budget already has a pickup time, a location, and a truck length. Labor-only is the crew for those hours at the door. You drive between stops and return the rental. Put the company, the length, and the pickup time in the quote. A cargo van at a first-floor condo is a different job from a 26-foot truck on a walk-up, or from a Kissimmee apartment where the only legal spot is down the block. The reservation covers the vehicle. It does not cover the sofa, the stairs, or the building time limit.

Return deadlines sit inside crew hours: Sun–Fri, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Book a start that leaves time to drive the truck back before the counter closes. A truck still at the rental lot is waiting, and that wait is on the hourly clock. Friends who offered to help are not a reservation. A POD is already in the driveway

A container on site is the same decision. The POD company delivers the unit and hauls it away. You need people on a day the doors are open, not a second truck beside a container you already paid to move. Tell the quote where the unit will sit, the arrival day, and the departure day. Many Orlando, Winter Park, and Baldwin Park communities limit how long a container may stay, and whether it may sit on the street or only in a driveway. Book the crew inside that window. If delivery is not confirmed, do not treat a guess as a start time.

A reserved freight elevator does not stretch because the container arrived late. Share the floor, the service entrance, and how long the reservation lasts. A short window often needs more movers so the carry finishes before the cab returns to residents. Storage load or unload with your vehicle

Labor-only fits storage when you bring the vehicle. You drive a rental, a pickup, or a van. The crew loads the unit into that vehicle, unloads into the unit, or moves pieces between the unit and a home the same day. Gate codes, aisle width, and the hours the office stays open are the other clock. Many Central Florida facilities close the gate in the evening and run shorter Saturday hours. An upper-floor unit uses the elevator the facility allows. Share the facility name, the unit size, and any time limit.

An uncovered lot at a Kissimmee, Clermont, or Sanford facility can mean a long carry in late-morning sun. If the gate will not pass a large box truck, say so. Friends, stairs, and one end only

Friends can take boxes. They often cannot take a sofa down a switchback, a king mattress around a condo landing, or a dresser out of a second-floor walk-up. Exterior stairs on garden apartments are common from Kissimmee to Colonial Drive. Book the crew for those pieces, and say what friends will still move so the quote is not sized for a house that is already half done. Photos of the sofa, the bed, and the tightest turn help. Name anything unusually heavy.

Load-only means the crew fills your truck or container and you drive. Unload-only means you arrive with a truck packed somewhere else and need a crew at the Orlando apartment only. You still own the drive. Name the end. A two-stop quote will not match a Winter Park unload and nothing else. When to switch to full-service

What to send for the hourly quote

Local labor is $95 per mover per hour, with a 2-hour minimum, no fuel surcharge, and no stair fees. Stairs, a long walk from parking, a reserved elevator, a storage gate, and a midday container add time. They do not add a line.
