After you settle into Mount Dora, get outside. Palm Island Park, at 411 S Tremain Street, is a short boardwalk on Lake Dora with a view across the cove toward the lighthouse.
Want the town instead? Donnelly Street climbs from the lake through the historic blocks. It is busier than the boardwalk, especially when the shops are open.
Prefer a quieter hour? Walk the park rather than the 441 frontage. Tremain Street ends at the water, so the lots are shorter than a highway commercial strip.
Rest & Relaxation
Moving day is a lot. When the heavy work is done, book a reset. A bench at Palm Island Park is the simpler option if you would rather stay outside while Toro Movers handles the lift and load.
