What to settle before the first box
Write down both addresses, the date you can actually hand over keys, and whether the job is a house, a townhome, an apartment, or a storage unit. Note the floor at each stop, whether an elevator has to be reserved, and where a truck is allowed to sit. If you already have a U-Haul, POD, or rental truck, say so.
